What’s included

Small class sizes

In all of our classes, we guarantee you will not have more than 7 students in a class.

With our gym keeping classes small, we are sure your child will get some one on one time with their coach during their scheduled class time!

Personalized options

At the Hub we have created several class options to best suit YOUR athlete. Whether it is strength training, handsprings to fulls, or flexbility.. the hub can provide services.

Progression

Coaches at the Hub are excited to track progression weekly with our skill tracker feature in our app! This is a way for parents and athletes to look back at any feedback coaches give and help athletes who are trying to level up!

Each class is broken into 8 week sessions with a list of different skills that the athlete has to show in their 9th week evaluation. If an athlete shows mastery in 80% of skills listed in the session, they LEVEL up!

Strength Training

Have a personalized workout plan tailored to you. Work with top of the line equipment to build your strength and target specific muscles.

Flexibility

Intermediate stretch class: This is the class for anyone who is just beginning their flexibility journey. There is no evaluation needed to enter this class.

Advanced Stretch Class: After you have tested out of the intermediate stretch class, you will be placed in our advanced stretch class. In this course we will be taking your flexibilty and range of motion to the next level. Work on dynamic stretches, static holds, and active flexibility drills.

Stunting

AG Stunt class (7th&up): Want to work on a specific skill with your stunt group or just wanting to learn something new? Work with one of our coaches to take your stunting to the next level! You do not need to have your entire stunt group in order to sign up!

AG stunt class (6th&below): Ready to learn the fundamentals of cheer? Start early to learn the proper technique and form. No stunt group required!

Coed Stunt Class: This class is specifically designed for flyers. It focused on the progression of flying techniques and prepares older athletes for college tryouts. Coaches will stunt one on one with you and teach proper body lines, form, and technique!

Classes Offered

Tumbling

Tiny Tots Class (ages 2-5): This class has no prerequisites and is geared towards athletes with little to no tumbling experience. Athletes will learn handstands, forward and backwards roll, and bridges

Cartwheel/walkover class: This class is all about learning the fundamental tumbling skills in cheerleading. Our coaches will break down the technique for beginner skills and form a great foundation!

Intro to Handsprings class: This class will take the foundations you learned in your walkover class and take it to the next level! We will use drills to build strength, coordination, and body awareness. Coaches will break down the handspring into manageable steps and focus on proper form and technique.

Advanced Handsprings class: In this class coaches will focus on refining technique, increasing height and distance, and adding variations to your handspring.

Tucks/Layouts class: With a focus on perfecting the tuck and/or layout. Working on the perfect set, creating a beautiful straight body line, this class teaches the proper technique needed to progress these skills!

Full Class: Graduated to start twisting?! Coaches will break down the technique needed for the full twist, focusing on proper form and progressions. After you have learned the twist, coaches will being adding variations to your full!
